Navigating the NDIS Access Process in Victoria: A Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1 — Check eligibility

NDIS is for Australians aged under 65 with a permanent and significant disability that affects everyday life. You can check the criteria on the NDIS website or ask us to walk you through it.

Step 2 — Make an access request

You submit an Access Request Form with supporting evidence from your treating health professionals. The NDIA assesses whether you meet the disability requirements.

Step 3 — Your planning meeting

Once accepted, you have a planning conversation about your goals and the supports you need. This becomes your NDIS plan.

Step 4 — Put your plan to work

This is where ME Support Services steps in. Our coordinators help you understand your budgets, connect providers, and start the supports that match your goals — with check-ins to keep everything on track.

Book a free consultation to get started, or submit an intake referral if you already have a plan.

Ready to talk about your support?

Our Victorian coordinators support both the NDIS and Support at Home pathways. Book a free, no-obligation consultation and we'll map the right supports for you.
