Support at Home is the new Australian Government aged-care program replacing Home and Community Care (HACC). ME Support Services delivers it across Victoria — personal care, home help, respite and restorative support, tailored around your independence.
From 1 July 2025, Support at Home replaced the Home and Community Care (HACC) program and Commonwealth Home Support / Home Care Packages. Your eligibility and core supports continue under the new program — just under a clearer, class-based structure.
